Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: St. Louis Delineated Area: North : MO Route 340 to I-170; Delmar Blvd from I-170 to N. Grand Blvd; South : Mo Route 100 to US Route 61; MO Route 366 to S. Grand Blvd; East : N. Grand Blvd/South Grand Blvd; West : MO Route 340 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3654 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3654 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10; 07/31/2018 through 07/30/2028 Firm Term: 5; 07/31/2018 through 07/30/2023 Option Term: 1; 07/31/2023 through 07/30/2028 Additional Requirements: [...... ] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in St. Louis, Missouri, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
