Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: Quincy Delineated Area: NORTH: Whitney Rd, from intersection with Hancock St, to Woodward Ave to Russell Park to Southern Artery EAST: Coddington St, from intersection with Southern Artery, to Hancock St to Granite St to Burgin Pkwy SOUTH: Centre St, from intersection with Burgin Pkwy, to Crown Colony Dr to Congress St WEST: Crown Colony Dr, from intersection with Center St, to Liberty St to Pleasant St to Fort St to Granite St to Hancock St to Whitney Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6922 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7268 Space Type: Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 84 Option Term: 36 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one level. Agency requires two elevators if proposed space will be located above the first floor. All column spacing within interior space must be at lease 20 ' between columns. Building must be within walking distance of public transportation. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space must be capable of meeting the agencies security requirements. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the Delineated Area with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient public parking nearby. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the year flood plain.
