Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan, to identify sources that are capable of 1) developing a specific polymer (including synthesis, sourcing, modification, testing and characterization) to meet the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System s specifications and timeline; 2) provide a benchmark print (i.e. a ~1 cm3 prototype) to verify laser parameters and settings; 3) provide optimal printer settings for desired prints to the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System upon completion of contract. The prototype design will be provided by the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System and will have feature sizes down to 10 um. The contractor must provide a 3D printer service capable of printing polydimethyl siloxane with feature sizes of 10 um or less and build areas of 150x150x150mm or larger. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by Thursday, February 2, 2017 10:00 Eastern time.
