- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC PAC) C4I and Airspace Systems Restoration Branch, Code 43140, requires a contract to provide services to maintain and operate the restoration Depot in support of ships, shore facilities, and other Government agencies. The SSC PAC Depot is located at the SSC PAC Old Town facility. The SSC PAC Depot is configured to overhaul and repair Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and related equipment in support of ships, shore facilities, and other Government agencies. This acquisition is a follow-on effort to single award contract N66001-14-D-0041 which was competitively awarded to small business Centurum Information Technology, Inc. The ordering period of N66001-14-D-0041 is 20 March 2014 to 19 September 2017. A market survey to determine small business capability was posted on SPAWAR E- Commerce Central on 04 April 2016 under reference number MKTSVY-11A302. After thorough review of the small business respondents' capabilities, SSC Pacific intends to solicit the requirement via 100% Small Business Set Aside. SSC PAC intends to issue a solicitation (RFP N66001-16-R-0128) for a single award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for Services, Cost Reimbursement Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Materials and ODC (inclusive of travel) costs. No fee will be allowed under the Cost Reimbursement CLINs for Material and ODC. The contract is expected to have a base period of three years, with two one-year option periods. This proposed contract has security requirements at the Secret level. The annual estimated level of effort is 202,244 per year with a 5 year total estimated level of effort of 1,011,220 hours. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees.
