S outh on Grant Street to 6 th Avenue. 6 th Avenue to Speer Boulevard to South Platte River. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 80,750 ABOA Office Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
