Description

Real ID Act of 2005 AFMAN 31-113 AFMAN 31-113 Installation Access Government Furnished Property Bid Schedule Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3ATP27025A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, effective 19 Jan 2017 and the DPN 20161222. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 722310 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. For the purpose of the RFQ place total proposed price below, however the contract will be broken out into four (4) separate CLINs to represent each Wing. Attachment 2, Bid schedule should be used to show breakout of total price per meal. Quoted price shall include itemized pricing for the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) as follows: CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide and serve prepared meals at the Gulfport CRTC, MS dining facility for the 514th, 305th, 621st, and 87th Wings, for the period of 1 Mar 17 through 11 Mar 17 in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement. Total Price $ ______________________ BASIS OF AWARD: A purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and considered to be the most advantageous to the Government according to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, utilizing the Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. The following factors will be used to evaluate the proposals: (1) Technical Acceptability, and (2) Price. Technical Acceptability shall be evaluated as acceptable or not acceptable. To be technically acceptable the offeror must provide proof that they meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the PWS. Offerors who fail to provide the documentation will receive an unacceptable technical rating and their quote will be unawardable. Price evaluation shall be based on the lowest reasonable evaluated price. RFQ RESPONSES ARE DUE - 03 FEBRUARY 2017 @ 12:00 PM EST.
