- SYNOPSIS AMENDMENT_0001 N00164-17-R-JN43 - MK 13 MOD 7 AND MK 15 MOD 1 TRIGGER ASSEMBLIES, TRAINING, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES - FSC 1005 - NAICS 332994 Anticipated Issue Date 15 FEB 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date 12 APR 2017 - 2:00 PM EDT Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to remove the left-hand MK 13 MOD 7 Trigger Assemblies from this requirement. No left hand triggers will be required for either the MK 13 MOD 7 or MK 15 MOD 1. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to award a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for MK 13 MOD 7 and MK 15 MOD 1 Trigger Assemblies, Training, and Engineering Services. Procurement of right-hand only MK 13 MOD 7 and right-hand only MK 15 MOD 1 Trigger Assemblies is expected. Multiple awards may be made from this requirement. Contractors may propose right-hand and left-hand MK 13 MOD 7 triggers (including Training and Engineering Services), only right-hand MK 15 MOD 1 Trigger Assemblies (including Training and Engineering Services), or both. It is anticipated that this requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement will be procured utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures. Anticipated IDIQ Contract Minimum Dollar Value is $3,000.00 and the Anticipated IDIQ Contract Maximum Dollar Value is $2,500,000.00. The required delivery schedule is expected to be 12-16 weeks after receipt of order. The items being solicited shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Specifications, and Contract Data Requirements list (CDRL's) which will be issued with the solicitation. Contractors must be properly registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Contractors may obtain information on JCP via the Internet at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. Product samples of both MK 13 MOD 7 and MK 15 MOD 1 Trigger Assemblies will be required and will be evaluated against the performance specifications identified in the solicitation. It is anticipated that 6 MK 13 MOD 7 Trigger Assemblies (Right-Hand only) and 6 MK 15 MOD 1 Trigger Assemblies (Right-Hand only) will be required as product samples. The Government intends to award to the offeror(s) that represents the best value to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at Destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination to NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The applicable NAICS Classification is 332994 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall also complete electronic annual representations and certifications at ORCA accessed via https://www.acquisition.gov in conjunction with required registration in the SAM database.
