Page 1 of 1 The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-17-Q-0196. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 423210 Furniture Merchant Wholesalers. Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. Project Description: Following the specifications provided, contractor shall furnish materials, tools, equipment and personnel necessary to accomplish purchase, delivery and installation of all furnishings listed in support of Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, located in Mims, Florida. Prospective bidders must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Quotes received from concerns that are not Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals and pending award. (See VAAR Clause 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.) The following factors, listed in order of importance, will be used to evaluate quotes: (1) confirmation of SDVOSB certification, (2) Price, and (3) compliance in reference to FAR Clause 52.211-6, Titled: Brand Name or Equal the specifications of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Note: Failure to provide descriptive literature of furnishings quoted that can be reviewed by the government for compliance, will be viewed as non-responsive to RFQ request, therefore not considered. Additionally, bidders may quote via GSA Schedule or open market pricing, the government has NO intentions of receiving pricing that is quoted via several GSA Schedules to support total quote and meet the government needs. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 1, 2017. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information at http://www.fbo.gov. Proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. EST on February 10, 2017. All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Management System (eCMS) Vendor Portal website to be considered. Please go to the VA eCMS Vendor Portal website at https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov to register. Once on the webpage, proceed to the Vendor Portal Login section located on the far left side of the webpage and click on Request a user account to register.
