This amendment hereby extends solicitation VA241-17-Q-0132 until Friday February 03, 2017. Amendment A00002 Q1. Can you provide the quantity of each device type to be inspected as part of this contract? There is a list of devices in the matrix but no quantities. A1. See attached spreadsheet. Q2. Will service calls be billed separately? A2. Service calls will only be billed separately for any sprinkler maintenance or repair, all fire alarm service calls should be covered under the contract even off-shift. Q3. Will repairs be billed separately? A3. Repairs or deficiencies found during inspection should be covered under contract for all fire alarm devices. Q4. Who is the Incumbent Contractor? A4. Simplex Grinnell. Q5. How many fire extinguishers to be inspected? A5. Approximately 680 Q6. Do you need a copy of the NICET Certification or can a reference suffice? A6. All certifications can be included by reference.
