SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Relocation Management is conducting a market survey to identify potential Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Small Business sources capable of providing Office Relocation Services. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources of providing office relocation services in accordance with the attached draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). With Capabilities Statement, please submit any questions regarding the PWS. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 484210 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience and knowledge in the provision of the training outlined in the PWS. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their answers to the following items of information: Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. Provide the minimum time of availability to provide services upon being given notice. A narrative synopsis that describes past work that is similar in size and complexity to that described in the attached draft PWS. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such services are to be submitted electronically on or before Monday, 6 February, 2017 prior to 3:00 PM (EST) addressed to Anthony Zibolski, Contract Specialist: anthony.zibolski@va.gov
