- Notice Of Contract Action (NOCA) Please reference Contract Number FA8730-17-C-0021 not the solicitation number listed in the above details In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2 this notice constitutes a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to AMTEC Less-Lethal Systems Inc. of Perry, FL. for a 12-gauge Counter Unmanned Aerial System net round. This effort will include: 1. A test report upon successful completion of the performance of ballistic firing acceptance and characterization testing of 300 net projectiles rounds with both AF inventory M870 shotguns and M870 shotguns with rifled choke tubes, to measure the ballistic and round spreading effects. 2. The delivery of 600 projectiles Shells to a specified location within the CONUS. 3. Upon successful testing of rounds by the contractor and further rounds successfully tested by the Air Force, the option to deliver 6,400 net projectiles rounds to specified locations within the CONUS. 4. Upon successful testing of rounds by the contractor and further rounds successfully tested by the Air Force, the option to deliver 100 choke tubes.
