White paper due date extended to 10 Feb 2017. ***********************************PEO C4I PMW/A 170 is responsible for the acquisition, fielding and sustainment of the BFTN system. BFTN provides Line-Of-Sight (LOS) and Beyond-Line-Of-Sight (BLOS) network connectivity for ships, submarines, aircraft, and naval shore via the High Frequency (HF) and Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) radio spectrum.
