Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for Copier Leasing and Maintenance Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A17PS00295, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91 The solicitation is set aside for Small Business. NAICS Code: 532420, Size standards in millions of dollars $32.50. Please quote the following: Contractor shall provide Xerox machine leasing of unit C308 color copier and maintenance services for Cove Day School. This is an emergency replacement since the existing machine is not repairable. Brand Name or Equal does apply. Requirements: (1) C308 Konica Minolta copier lease. (2) Service maintenance fee (includes toner, waste cartridges and service). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE 12 MONTHES FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE AWARD PLEASE PROVIDE A BREAKDOWN OF TOTAL COSTS. 1. C308 Konica Minolta copier lease fee $__________ per month X 12 months = $______________ 2. Used or Refurbished equipment is not acceptable) Please Note: *All travel miles calculations must be coincide with Rand Mcnally mileage calculations at www.randmcnally.com. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. In paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-5(b), the Contractor shall comply with the following FAR clauses that the Contracting Officer has indicated as being incorporated in this contract by reference to implement provisions of law or Executive order applicable to acquisitions of commercial items: FAR 52.223-18,FAR 52.223-18, Encouraging Contractor Policies to Ban Text Messaging While Driving; FAR 52.225-1, Buy American - Supplies; FAR 52.222-3, Convict Labor; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.216-02, Economic Price Adjustment - Standard Supplies; ; FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Labor Standards; FAR 52.223-13, Acquisition of EPAEAT - Registered Imaging Equipment; and DIAR clauses are herein incorporated as follows:. 1452.226-70; 1452.226-71; 1452.280-4; and 1452.204-70, 52.232-40.
