- Solicitation W56HZV-17-R-0021 will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. This solicitation is restricted Oshkosh Defense LLC only. This solicitation will result in a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Oshkosh Defense LLC to procure a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the Government of Egypt (Case EG-B-VEQ). In accordance with the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) entered into by the Government of Egypt implemented 28 July 2016, Oshkosh Defense LLC is designated as the prime contractor for the items being procured. All requirements under this solicitation will be FOB origin. Deliveries are expected within a reasonable number of days after contract award (DACA). The contract will be completed once the trucks are delivered. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.
