- This NSN 4820013506169 is a critical application item; it will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN large contract. EST. QTY: 69 EA Quantity ranges of 26-50, 51-100, and 101-150 EA will be included. No option will be included. EST. delivery: 150 days ADO, DLA direct, CONUS Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. FOB: Origin GOV. INSPECTION: Destination AMS /AMSC = 2/G Complete data package of DRAWINGS/SPECS will be available at the time of solicitation. IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 43999 LE284-0072 REVISION NR A DTD 12/23/1988 PART PIECE NUMBER: LE284-0072-0001 100% small business set-aside. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. Higher Level Quality Requirements apply. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Copies of this solicitation estimated to be available by download from the internet at dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp AFTER FEBRUARY 21, 2017. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. REVERSE AUCTION NOTICE: This solicitation will contain DLAD Procurement Note L09 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
