Description

Can you please verify the SOW for this project?   Has the renovation already been designed by others?   Yes If yes and the contract is only for Construction Period Services (CPS), it is unclear why you would need a full design team to submit if the design has already been completed.   SOW would help understand what each discipline will be required to do.     The original design included all of the listed specialties; therefore we will need a design firm with all of the specialties included to perform the construction period services. What is the estimated fee for this project? Fees will be negotiated with the most highly qualified firm.
