- The ePS PMO would like to arrange meetings with industry representatives from commercial Cloud Service Providers (CSP) who have a DoD Impact Level 4 or 5 DoD-Approved Commercial Cloud Service (https://disa.deps.mil/ext/CloudServicesSupport/Pages/Catalog-DoD-Approved-Comme rcial.aspx) or have a DoD Impact Level 4 or 5 DoD Assessment In-Process (https://disa.deps.mil/ext/CloudServicesSupport/Pages/Catalog-DoD-Assessment-In- Process.aspx) as identified in the DISA DoD Cloud Service Catalog. Meetings will take place on Thursday, February 9 and Friday, February 10 from 08:00 17:00 EST. Meetings will be no longer than 1 hour in length. To indicate your interest in attending a meeting, contact CDR Roy Garrison at P roy.garrison@navy.mil by 10:00 on Wednesday, February 8 and identify the following: - Your cloud service provider name - Your cloud service offerings (Service Models and Impact levels) - The status of your DoD Assessment - The POC names and emails of those planning to attend the meeting - The primary POC name and email for your company The government will respond to the identified primary POC by 15:00 on Wednesday, February with your scheduled meeting time and place. All meetings are anticipated to be conducted on the Washington Navy Yard in building 196 at the following address: 1325 10th St SE, Washington, DC 20374 Discussion topics may include: - Recommended edits to the attached draft cloud hosting section of the ePS PWS - Feedback on proposed CLIN structures - Concerns with the current requirements - Is there enough granularity in the PWS to adequately price - Suggestions for SLAs - Recommendations on flexibility if policy changes and ePS can be hosted in a level 4 environment - Are there any conflicts between the PWS requirements and your current terms of service - Proposed requirement to have achieved the DoD PA prior to award; AND to at least be in the process at time of proposal submission with planned achievement 60 days prior to award - Are there any concerns about obtaining separate ATOs for the CSO and the Shared Technical Services? Note: The PWS is written with the intent of a single System Integrator (SI) as the Prime on the ePS contract, who will subcontract with a CSP for hosting services.
