Description
HSCGG1-17-Q-PFA011 ISSUE DATE: FEBRUARY 21, 2017 Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, labor, equipment, and materials required to convert the first floor Men's Room into a unisex ADA compliant Bathroom and coat room nook. To accomplish this goal, the following work will be required: Remove all existing toilet fixtures and bathroom accessories. Reverse the bathroom corridor door swing. Remove and replace the ceiling system and all the ceramic wall and floor tiles. Abate asbestos containing mastic under the existing floor tile. Construct a new gypsum wall partition. Install new ADA compliant toilet fixtures and bathroom accessories. Replace the lighting, receptacles and switches and install a new vent fan. Modify the existing electrical and plumbing as requited to perform all work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Construction will take approximately 6 weeks to complete on-site, with an overall project period of performance of 8 weeks. The estimated value of the procurement is less than $100,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 21 February 21017. The tentative date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 14 March 2017 at 4:00 pm. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Educational building construction), with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
