- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F1S0AF7009B001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, AFAC 2017-0127 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20161222. NAICS is 811219. This is a commercial acquisition, with no Small Business Set-Aside. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) located at Edwards Air Force Base, CA is soliciting for calibration services on the following equipment: Nomenclature Model # Serial # Ruska Air Data Test Set Model 7750i Serial Number 67370 Ruska Air Data Test Set Model 7750i Serial Number 67387 Ruska Pressure Controller Model 7010 Serial Number 49759 Ruska Dual Channel Digital Pressure Controller Model 7252i Serial Number 67388 Ruska Dual Channel Digital Pressure Controller Model 7252i Serial Number 67389 Ruska Dual Channel Digital Pressure Controller Model 7252i Serial Number 61147 Performance Requirements: The Contractor shall perform the following services: •a. On-site calibration during the contract period on six stationary units. All work to be performed will meet the requirements of MIL-STD-45662A and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994. This on-site calibration will entail the following: •1) Visual inspection •2) As found verification •3) Equipment adjustments as required •4) Repairs as required •5) Final calibration •b. All work will be performed between the hours of 0700-1600, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. The contractor shall keep detailed records of all service work and/or repairs performed on the equipment. These records shall identify each item by model number and serial number. Upon request by the Government, a copy of these records shall be provided. Please reference the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a full description of the requirements. Place of performance and acceptance shall be at Air Force Test Center, 300 Yeager Blvd., Bldg 1600, Module 510, Room 100, Edwards Air Force Base, CA 93524. Projected performance date shall be for a base period of twelve months and four additional twelve month option periods. Calibrations shall occur annually between 01 March through 31 March, unless otherwise specified by the government. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the services described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis/solicitation. The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
