- Market Research RFI The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research related to DOJ's transition of data services from the GSA Networx Enterprise and Universal contracts to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract. DOJ will use the General Services Administration (GSA) Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) for network data service requirements. DOJ is currently planning for the successor to the Networx contract vehicles under the GSA Network Services 2020 (NS2020) program umbrella and will leverage the EIS contract vehicle for data services upon EIS contract award. The Department intends to use the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract transition as an opportunity to strategically modernize network services for DOJ components in a risk-averse controlled manner. DOJ would like to receive responses from vendors having knowledge, expertise and capabilities of Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Transition technical requirements and ordering. All questions should be sent to the email address in the RFI by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 16, 2017. Responses to questions will be posted for all vendors in the form of an amendment on or about March 2, 2017.
