Description

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Intervening Services on selected Government Own Sterilizing Equipment at the participating facilities within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22. The intended contract period will be for a base year and four (4) one year option period, which may begin approximately June 1, 2017 Please see attachment for Sources Sought details. All interested parties need to complete the form and email it back to CO by submission due date and time. Do not send any additional information unless requested to do so by CO.
