Agreement The Solicitation Wage Determination SF1442 SOW December 16,2016 OF336 solicitation notice This project consists of the Sound proofing and carpet refresh at SSA Monticello The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated December 16, 2016 Estimated Project amount from $22,000 to $27,000 A site visit is scheduled for February 22, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at SSA Monticello office, 60 Jefferson Street, Suite 4, Monticello, NY 12701. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 03/15/2017 at 4:00 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov
