The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source, one time procurement with Picis Clinical Solutions, Inc., Wakefield, MA the following supplies and services for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN: Quantity Description 1 Critical Care License 1 Move Legacy Database to Centralized VISN 10 database 1 Upgrade 8.0 to 8.2 1 Printout Export Interface License 1 Printout Implementation Services 1 Full Automation of printing patient records 1 Installation of Client application and VISTA integration 1 Project Management 1 New Critical Care Printout The Small Business NAICS Code is 511210 with a Size Standard of $38.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
