Description

The requirement is for system upgrade to Gage Block Comparator, 130B-24. Sole Source to Mahr Federal as they are the OEM and only known source that can furnish the upgrade. Solicitation N00421-17-T-0113 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with MAHR FEDERAL, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is for system upgrade to Gage Block Comparator, 130B-24. Mahr Federal is the OEM and only known source that can furnish the upgrade. ***Basis for Award*** This notice is intent to Sole Source with Mahr Federal Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
