Description
IDRMP Training Synopsis 8 February 2017 Synopsis for Integrated Defense Risk Management Program (IDRMP) Training FA2517-17-R-6005 In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.203 - Publicizing and Response Time, the following is submitted for this Request for Quote: (i) This is a synopsis for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis; quotations will be requested once the written solicitation is issued. (ii) This synopsis is to notify potential offerors that the solicitation FA2517-17-R-6005, will be forthcoming and will be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). (iii) Please see below for details of this requirement: •1. Specifications: Contractor shall perform 5 classes lasting approximately 36-40 hours on Integrated Defense Risk Decision Support Tool training. The classes are intended to certify up to 20 critical installation Subject Matter Experts (SME) per installation, and will provide training on the background of Integrated Defense Risk Management Program (IDRMP), the concept of Risk Management as it is applied to installation security, integrated defense and the computer program risk decision support tool (FORCEPRO). •2. Destination information: FOB Destination •3. Duration of the contract period: Throughout FY 17 •4. Sustainable acquisition requirements •5. Description of the procedures to be used in awarding the contract: A written Request for Quotes will be issued under the subject solicitation number. •6. Anticipated award date: 15 March 2017 (iv) The anticipated acquisition is anticipated to be conducted as a full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools and the Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $15.0 million. The Government intends to award a single contract with a period of performance not to exceed 5 months.
