Description
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Installation Contracting Division (PZIOAC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Mentor Worldwide, LLC, 33 Technology Drive, Irvine, CA, 92618-2346, for a Byron PSI-Tec III Aspirator Bulk Buy. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order. The statutory authority which a permit other than full and open competition for this acquisition is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 339113. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 750 employees. Anticipated award date is 17 February 2017. The requirement will consist of: CLIN 0001: Byron PSI-Tec III Aspiratoe Bulk Buy Description of Supplies to be delivered on CLIN 0001: 2 Each Byron PSI-Tec III Aspirator, Catalog # PT-ASP-III-110 2 Each Precision Infiltration Pump, Catalog # EZ PUMP 2 Each Infiltration Handle, Catalog # INF-HAN-L 2 Each PSI-Tec Shelf for I.V. Pole with Clamp, Catalog # PT-III-SHELF 2 Each Canister Holder 2000CC Tandem, Catalog # AB43429 2 Each Rail Clip for Canister Bracket, Catalog # PTIII-CLP THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 1200 pm CST on 15 February 2017 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
