Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia 23667, will be soliciting for Request For Quotes for UPS maintenance for network hubs. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for quote, VA246-17-Q-0195, will be issued on or about February 9, 2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is March 1, 2017 (or date of award) through April 30, 2018 for the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small disable veteran own small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. To be able to submit a quote in response to the solicitation, an offer or must be verified in VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages (http://www.VetBiz.gov). All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 with a size standard of $15 Million.
