DESCRIPTION NDC Alt NDC SIZE QTY Unit Beneprotein Powder 43900028410   227/GM 2640 EA The Product Code is 6515, Medical & Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325413. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, email (preferred) to: leah.thurman@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0136. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0178 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about February 9, 2017, and will close on February 14, 2017 (3 PM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be posted as a SDVOSB set-aside.
