- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Cent Jacksonville FL has a requirement to provide diving support operational requirements, and NDSTC requirements. The Contractor shall provide for the operation of multiple service craft, watercraft, boats, wave runners, related maintenance, port operations, and waterfront administration in support of Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC) located in Panama City, FL. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This is a pre-solicitation notice (Synopsis) informing the public of the above requirement and it will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, 100%. The solicitation for this acquisition is tentatively schedule to be posted on or about 1 Mar 17.
