- Statement of Work Combined synopsis/solicitation Instructions to Offerors This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSCCG-17-Q-00145 is issued as a Request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. This solicitation is an open market, competitive small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing which has a small business size standard of 500 employees. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is listed below in Section I. See the Statement of Work attached. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision found in Section IV. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 in Section IV, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision found in Section II. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable to the acquisition and can be found at Section II. Offerors shall submit one original electronic version of the proposal to: Ashley.Mcclain@uscis.dhs.gov, and Gale.C.Bonnett@uscis.dhs.gov. Each electronic proposal shall be in pdf format.
