The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) has awarded a sole source award to GM Cooke per FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed work is for delivery and installation of a FCI STI100 Series Thermal Mass Flow Meter at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant. Proposals are not being requested, nor will they be accepted for this requirement.
