Attachment B - ROM Pricing Matrix Attachment A - Request for Information Attachment D - RFI Question Submittal Template Attachment C - RFI Response Instructions Currently, USPS is transforming the way businesses and users interact online through the development of key solutions in the identity and access management ecosystem. One of the solutions under evaluation is the development of an Enterprise Identity Management Solutions Infrastructure to include Access Management, Identity as a Service, credential document verification, in-person proofing, and biometric capture at USPS Retail locations. Of particular interest are automated provisioning/de-provisioning, enhanced document capture and verification and multi-modal biometric capture capabilities. The purpose of this RFI is to understand the technologies, products, services, and companies providing Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions that can enhance the current USPS strategy and infrastructure roadmap. This solicitation of information from the IAM industry supports the goal of understanding the technologies, products, services and companies that provide Enterprise IAM solutions and aligns with the USPS' commitment to enhancing, expanding, and innovating its products and technologies to better serve its customers and embrace the digital age.
