- FBO Ad U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Annapolis Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of I-97 & Rte. 100 (northernmost boundary), follow Rte. 100 southeast until it intersects with Rte. 177 / Mountain Road, follow Rte. 177 / Mountain Road south east until it abuts the Magothy River / Chesapeake Bay. The Chesapeake Bay shall serve as the easternmost boundary for this delineated area. Starting again at the intersection of I-97 & Rte. 100 (northernmost boundary), follow I-97 south until it intersects with Rte. 174, follow Rte. 174 southwest (becoming Reese Road) until it intersects with Annapolis Road, follow Annapolis Road south until it becomes Rte. 175, follow Rte. 175 south east until it intersects with Crain Hwy. / Rte. 3, follow Crain Hwy. / Rte. 3 south, crossing over John Hanson Highway / Rte. 50, until it becomes Crain Highway / Rte. 301, continue to follow Crain Highway / Rte. 301 south until it intersects with Rte. 214/ Central Avenue, Follow Rte. 214/ Central Ave east until it intersects with Patuxent River Road, follow Patuexent River Road south, Patuxent River Road then becomes Harwood Road, follow Harwood Road east/ southeast until it intersects with Rte. 2/ Solomons Island Road, follow Rte. 2/ Solomons Island road south until it intersects with Rte. 255 / Owensville Road, follow Rte. 255/ Owensville Road east / northeast until it abuts the West River/ Chesapeake Bay Minimum Sq. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government will only locate in a 100 year flood plain if there are no other practical alternatives. Submissions shall be submitted only by the property owner, property owner's exclusive listing agent, or other authorized agent of the owner with the exclusive right to offer on the owner's behalf. Submissions by parties other than the property owner shall include the building or site address, owner's name and address, and written statement from the property owner documenting the exclusive right of the party expressing interest to respond on the owner's behalf.
