Description

Limited Source Justification (LSJ) In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 for Junior Contract Support Services in support of the OASIS PMO. Limited Source Justification (LSJ) In accordance with FAR 8.405-6. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The original order or BPA must not have been previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures. FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C)). This LSJ supports a logical follow-on to GSA PSS Contract, GS-I OF-0112X, Task Order (TO) GSO140002, because the task order option to extend services and option to extend the term of the contract clauses have been utilized to their fullest extent, therefore to continue services the authority.at FAR 8.405-6(a)(J)(i)(C) is being utilized. Under the aforementioned contract, ATSG is tasked to provide Junior Acquisition Support Services for the OASIS PMO. The LSJ will allow GSA to subsequently award a 6 month base and 3 month option period TO as a logical follow-on to work currently being conducted under this contract with ATSG February I, 2017 to October 31, 2017.
