dRFP COVER LETTER This amendment attaches a DRAFT Request for Proposal (dRFP) for review and industry comment. Please see attached dRFP Cover Letter for more detail and instruction. This posting does not constitute a Request for Proposal, but is intended to provide market research and guidance for a forthcoming solicitation. Any changes to this potential acquisition will be posted on www.fbo.gov. THIS dRFP IS ISSUED FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. Response to the dRFP is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if and when a solicitation is released. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this dRFP. This amendmend also changes the NAICS code from 325211 to 336413.
