Description

The National Park Service (Service) is seeking one (1) qualified concessioner to provide hunting guide services within the Itkillik Guide Area of the Preserve. Guided hunting services will be authorized for legally hunted big game species as defined by State of Alaska hunting regulations, unless further restricted by applicable concession contract or other closure actions. Hunting guide services in Alaska preserves are subject to and are provided for in accordance with, Alaska Statutes Title 8, Chapter 54 governing guide eligibility and licensing, and regulations at Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) Title 12, Chapters 74 and 75. The Service will issue the Prospectus on February 15, 2017 under the terms described in the Prospectus, with proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. Alaska Time on April 21, 2017. Any proposal must be received by the Concessions Management Specialist, Alaska Regional Office, 240 W. 5th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 by the deadline date and time in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract. The Prospectus is available at the NPS website at: http://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. Hard copies are available upon request or by personal pick up.
