ANSYS Geometry Interface for Creo Parametric - Lease Dates: 02/26/2017 - 02/25/2018 CLIN 0003 - 1 ea: ANSYS ICEM CFD Hexa - Lease Dates: 02/26/2017 - 02/25/2018 CLIN 0004 - 2 ea: Fluent - Lease Dates: 02/26/2017 - 02/25/2018 CLIN 0005 - 1 ea: Fluent Parallel (First 2 Processes) - Lease Dates: 02/26/2017 - 02/25/2018 CLIN 0006 - 3 ea: Fluent Parallel (3-32 Processes) - Lease Dates: 02/26/2017 - 02/25/2018 The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Publishers which has an annual size standard of $38.5M. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The circumstance permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements." The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received by 2/23/2017 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
