- Q&A Part 3 for DRFP *****REPOSTING AS THE DOCUMENT DID NOT UPLOAD.****** The Government is posting the third and final set of answers to the questions from the DRAFT RFP. We note that some numbers are skipped because those questions have been answered. We are NOT requesting questions in response to the provided answers. We request that you wait until the RFP is released to ask any further questions. The Pre-proposal Conference is being held 3 March 2017 at 6910 Cooper Ave., Fort Meade, MD 20755, DISA Headquarters, and requires registration prior to attendance. The starting time will be announced shortly. Each company will be allowed two participants at a maximum. The deadline for submission of the name(s) of attending participant(s) is 5:00pm ET 15 February 2017. The SETI Pre-Proposal Conference Registration Form shall be completed and list all planning to attend. The SETI Pre-Proposal Conference Registration Form that was posted previously should be completed and sent through encrypted email to disa.meade.PLD.mbx.seti-requirement@mail.mil. If encryption is not available, please provide the SETI Event Attendee Form completed with only the company name, name(s) of the attendee(s), and contact name and phone number via unencrypted email to disa.meade.PLD.mbx.seti-requirement@mail.mil. You will be called to provide the additional information. Slides for the conference will be made available on FBO by 2 March 2017. Carpooling and early arrival is recommended. All visitors requesting access to the base must have two forms of approved identification as identified in List of Approved Identification. Driver's licenses must be in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security Real ID Act of 2005. Status of license compliance can be found at www.dhs.gov/real-id-enforcement-brief. If a visitor has a non-compliant State issued Driver's license, the visitor is required to have two other forms of identification in addition to the non-compliant license. See attachment for the list of Approved Identification. ** Attendees are strongly encouraged to register early as space is limited.** The Government-wide Point-of-Entry (i.e., http://www.fedbizopps.gov ) is the official repository for all information related to this acquisition. Potential offerors are encouraged to subscribe for real-time e-mail notifications when information has been posted to the website for this solicitation.
