- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1560 FLIGHT SHAFT ASSY. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-011153569. The proposed contract will be for a total 5-year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-011153569 FLIGHT SHAFT ASSY Estimated Annual Demand is 95 each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 24 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 95 each Maximum Contract Quantity is 780 each This item is in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 78286 70400-02108 Revision NR AB DTD 04/29/2010 Part Piece Number: 70400-02108-047 Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This is a Total Small Business Set Aside FOB: Destination I/A: Origin Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and Export Control Restrictions apply. Delivery is 310 days for the First Article Report, 30 days for Review, and 310 days for the Production Quantity for a total requested delivery of 650 days ARO. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is February 28, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations."
