- N00164-17-R-WP22 –Overhaul of AN/SPS-49 Direct Current (DC) Elevation Drive Motors – PSC 6105 – NAICS 335312- Anticipated RFP issue date 02-MAR-2017- Anticipated RFP closing date 21-APR-2017 at 02:00 PM EST THIS EFFORT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the Overhaul of AN/SPS-49 DC Elevation Drive Motors. The Government intends to hold a Preproposal Conference at approximately the 20 th day after the RFP has been issued to give Offerors the opportunity to analyze an AN/SPS-49 DC Elevation Drive Motor and pose technical questions. The Solicitation will contain specific information regarding this conference. The Government intends to award to the responsible Contractor whose offer represents the best value, utilizing the Tradeoff Process, to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001- Standard DC Motor Overhaul Repair CLIN 0002- Non-Standard DC Motor Repair CLIN 0003- Supplemental DC Motor Repair CLIN 0004- Evaluation Only for Beyond Economical Repair Motors CLIN 0005- Parts Kits CLIN 0006- Data (Not Separately Priced) The Government estimates that the IDIQ minimum will be a quantity of 08 each DC Motor Brush Holder Assembly Replacement Kits, and a quantity of 16 each DC Motor Standard Overhaul Kits under CLIN 0005. The Government estimates that the IDIQ maximum is potentially a quantity of 280 each DC Elevation Drive Motor Overhauls over the course of the Five Year Contract. All manuals, specifications, and other technical documents will be available at time of RFP issuance. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation’s controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
