- The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide cushion and cushion padding material: 0001: 60mm Cushion Padding. Padding Material, Resilient, Type I or II. Outer Diameter: 2 5/16 "-1/8" X 1/4" Thick. Inner Diameter: 0.750" +/- 0.010". In accordance with (IAW) Drawing 13027373 Rev A, dated 07 Feb 13 and Commercial Item Description A-A-59203. Part Number: 13027373:19200. 0002: 60mm Cushion. General purpose polyethylene sheet, Class I, grade B, nominal density 2.3-3.3 (PCF). Size: 10-1/8" x 5-1/8" x ¼" +/- 1/16" thick. Packaged in cardboard boxes NTE 25 lbs; boxes will be palletized. IAW Drawing 9390715 Rev F, dated 22 Mar 07 and Commercial Item Description A-A-59203. Part Number: 9390715:19200. 0003: 81mm Cushion Padding. Padding Material, Resilient, Type I or II. Size: 3 - 3/8" Diameter X 1/16" Thick. IAW Drawing 9362799 Rev U, dated 06 Oct 09, Drawing 12993640 (2 sheets) Rev B, dated 06 Oct 09, MIL-P-13607, and Commercial Item Description A-A-59203. For the two drawings, please reference Note 3 for material specifications. Part Number: 12993640-5. ACC-RI intends to issue the Request for Proposal to the Federal Business Opportunities website, https://fbo.gov on or about 28 February 2017 with closing 30 days from issuance. This procurement will be a 5-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 326140; size standard is 1,000 employees. FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, AR. Drawings 13027373, 9362799, and 12993640 are restricted. A new procedure for accessing restricted and unrestricted technical data through a website is in effect. The ACC-RI will no longer make Technical Data Packages (TDPs) available to order via CD-ROMS and will only be obtained electronically via the link below which will direct you to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Contractors must have an FBO account prior to accessing any TDP(s). Drawings that have been marked as 'restricted' will require approval from the Contracting Officer prior to gaining access to the requested information. To request access to the drawings, click on the link provided below, log in to FBO, click on the "Mark Packages" sub-tab and then click on the "Request Explicit Access" button. Completion of a "Use and on-Disclosure Agreement" may be required prior to gaining access to the drawings. Please allow 2-3 working days to process your request.
