Description
The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 472, Repair Main Lobby Stair and Office 227. The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements. The contractor shall assure the attached waste summary checklist and DD Form 1354 are completed within 3 working days of "place in service date" and submitted to USACE and Kirtland AFB Real Property office to get it staffed to the BCE for signature, at the conclusion of the project. a. Repair Stairwell Demolition 1. Contractor shall remove all rubber landings, stair treads and risers prep surface for new material as indicated on drawing. 2. Contractor shall prep all metal railing and stringers for new paint as indicated on drawing. Construction 1. Contractor shall provide and install new stair tread, risers as indicated on drawing. 2. Contractor shall prime and paint metal surfaces of stairs as indicated on drawing. b. Repair Office 227 Demolition 1. Contractor shall remove carpet and rubber wall base, as indicated on drawing 2. Contractor shall disassemble systems furniture, as indicated on drawing. Construction 3. Contractor shall provide and install new carpet tile, rubber wall base and floor transition strip, as indicated on drawing. 4. Contractor shall construct new wall, as indicated on drawing. 5. Contractor shall patch, texture and paint existing wall, as indicated on drawing. 6. Contractor shall provide and install new door, frame and hardware, as indicated on new drawing. 7. Contractor shall relocate existing comm in new wall, as indicated on drawing. 8. Contractor shall relocate existing light switch, as indicated on drawing. 9. Contractor shall provide and install new HVAC return air diffuser, as indicated on drawing. 10. Contractor shall relocate existing ceiling tile, as indicated on drawing.
