This is a presolicitation notice. Project Title: Web-Based Clinical Decision Making Tool The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement to provide Evidence Based Clinical Decision software making tools to its clinicians. The VA expects to issue the solicitation in April of 2017. The VA further anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced contract for this service for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods possible. There is no set-aside for the requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 519130 with a size standard of 1000 people. Requirement: Evidence-based clinical decision web-based support resource to help healthcare practitioners make the best decisions at the point of care.
