Combined synopsis/solicitation Solicitation number VA247-17-Q-0219 Anticipated award date: March 14, 2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed as a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code that applies is 339112 and business size of 1,000 Employees. This requirement is for: Stryker Core Powered Instrument Driver # 5400050000 Items shall be brand-name only Note: Please review the solicitation document in its entirety for detailed instructions on what is required for each proposal and for how the proposals will be evaluated. Failure to provide all required documentation (in accordance with the terms of required specifications and Evaluation Factors listed in the Basis of Award), your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation or award. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government.
