Description

RFQ NTSBQ170008 Part 1 of 2 RFQ NTSBQ170008 Part 2 of 2 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Cognitive Interview Training for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is NTSBQ170008. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools. The NTSB solicits quotes for the provision of training on the subject of Cognitive Interviewing in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work. See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options. Training shall be delivered at the NTSB Training Center located in Ashburn, VA. The base training will be 12 months, beginning on or around March 15, 2017. Each option period will be for 12 months. Specific dates of training will be coordinated by and between the vendor and the NTSB Training Center point of contact. See the posted RFQ for a list of all applicable provisions and clauses.
