- Description
- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each CNC Turning Center with contract completion required in 180 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 17-13-1003 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A817Q0007 is anticipated to issue on February 13, 2017 and close on March 15, 2017. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Please mail the solicitation package along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature. Mail to address listed in block 9 of the first page of the solicitation. No emails please. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
