- Expanded delineated area General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Delaware City: Wilmington Delineated Area: North: The northern City Limits of Wilmington South: Route 72 (Route 12 to Route 40) and Route 40 (Route 72 to Route 896) East: The eastern City Limits of Wilmington, Route 13 (Wilmington City Limits to Route 72) West: Route 896 (Route 40 to Route 4) and Route 4 (Route 896 to Route 7) and Route 2 (Route 7 to Route 141) and Route 141 (Route 2 to Route 52) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,173 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,482 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Reserved & Secured Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Space shall be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. • Offered space shall not be located adjacent to or in close proximity to residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities. • The offered property must have two accessible points of entry. • Anticipated use for law enforcement agency. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, list of tenants currently occupying the building and lease expirations, and contact information of authorized representative. • Reference Project Number 5DE0017.
