The solicitation number is W91KSV-7033-0100 and is issued as a request for quote. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement will be procured by full and open competition. The Utah Army National Guard requires the medical items on the attached documents. This requirement may be filled by a single or by multiple contracts. Firms that can fill only part of this requirement are encouraged to quote for what they can provide. The award will be made based on best value to the government with price being a primary concern and delivery being equally important. Therefore, responses must include expected delivery after receipt of order. Questions: Interested vendors may submit questions to otha.b.henderson.mil@mail.mil and questions must be submitted in sufficient time to respond prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. Late questions will not be an acceptable reason to justify extending the due date of this solicitation. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: the responding companies must be registered in SAM and be in good standing. Shipping is FOB Destination CONUS. New Equipment Only. No used or remanufactured products will be accepted.
