- Drawing Solicitation "THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors will not be considered for award" W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041,0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049, 0050 OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L for the schedule. B. Submission of Proposals (1) Pricing proposal, offer breakdow n and Design Data shall be submitted by 1300 hours on the closing date of RFP through FBO. (https://ww w.fbo.gov). (2) Section K: Offerors must complete all portions of Section K and submit it through FBO by 1300 hours on the closing date of RFP. C. Submission of Proposal: See Sectoini L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "no-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation
