- Description: The VISN 4 Veterans Affairs Health Care System hereinafter (VISN4), contracting office located at 3900 Woodland ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104 is announcing the requirement for Base Year and Four Option Year Contract from businesses that are able to provide Online Physician Desktop Reference to all VISN 4 Hospitals and Community Based Outreach Clinics (CCBOC). The Contractor shall provide an online portal or web application that can be utilized by nine (9) separate facilities with approximately 1,217 users/clinicians in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation, on behalf of VISN 4. The Contractor s web based/online based application should be compatible with the Veterans affairs intranet, as well as any required legacy systems. The contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price Base plus four option year contract. Pre-solicitation Synopsis this procurement is open market. The Principle NAICS Code is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The size standard is $27.5 Million or 1,000 employees. The PSC is D317 IT and Telecom Web-Based Subscription. The RFQ Number is VA244-17-Q-0434. The RF will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about February 16, 2017 with proposals due on or about February 22, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation posting and will close 2 days prior to solicitation closing. Questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided via amendment after question period closing. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of contract. Comments should be forwarded to POC listed below.
